So if you read my last blog you will see what happenend when joe rogan called a thief out on stage and bitch slapped Carlos Mencia.

Since the video a few new developments in the case

1. All copies of the video were taken down from you tube cause Carlos complained like a little bitch. Just like he called Joe on the video. If you talk like one and act like one...then the shoe fits.

2. Joe Rogan is now banned from the comedy store for his actions. Which is sad that a venue with a history of groundbreaking comedy with Pryor and Kinison would side with a thief. Now the venue has sent a strong message that they don't care about the product.

3. Joe Rogan also dropped his agent cause Mencia who is also at the same agency forced the issue. Either him or me. Of course hollywood chose money in the end ...like they had any other choice. You don't want to walk into work every day knowing you did the right thing. That for once in your life you chose to walk tall and do the right thing and not bow to the bottom line. And people still ask me why I left the suit and tie monkey world.

I think that is one of the most important moments in comedy. Our dirty little secret is out and it is time for comics to draw a line in the sand. We either stand for it or we don't.

very very sad....

Many are using the arguement that they don't care that Carlos steals. That he takes the jokes and makes them better so that is ok. No it is not ok....I would love to come to your work and steal your plans for a new product. Then put out a better version of that product with your knowledge. Since I made it better then it is all ok.

Can you see that defence working even on judge judy?

In the last few months I have been working h ard to get new material together for a new dvd. Hours of bombing in front of crowds working the kinks out. Editing and slashing...slashing and editing to get it good enough to document for all time. In the end fucks like carlos will come along and take it, unless you the end viewer decide that you do care enough. It won't change until people vote with their dollars and their words.
